PSYC Event Registration Cancellation Policy This policy applies to all events, activities or meal bookings where payment is required, including those where no upfront deposit was requested. This policy is designed to ensure fair treatment for both members/guests and the club, allowing the club to manage resources and define liability should a cancellation arise. Most venues have a cut-off date for when final numbers and/or menu choices have to be confirmed. Cut-off dates will be 7 days prior to the event unless otherwise specified in the event details. If a booking has been made for events, activities or meals the following will apply: Cancellation Window: We kindly request that you notify the club of any cancellations at your earliest convenience.
